The long descent

Immersion

For going all the way down to the roots.

The deepest container — a longer arc of work, held over time, for the people who are done circling and ready to stay through what surfaces. This is depth and embodiment work that goes below where talk can reach, at the pace your nervous system allows.

What’s held inside

What’s included.

The shape of Immersion is built with you, not pressed onto you. These are the pieces most containers hold.

  • A held arc over time

Regular one-to-one sessions across the length of the container, so the work has continuity and the nervous system learns it can trust the rhythm.

  • Embodiment and somatic practice

Sensation before story, regulation before insight — the body-led practices named on the Rooted Within hub, woven in where they fit your system.

  • Between-session companionship

Light, agreed-on contact between sessions so the work keeps breathing between meetings, without becoming a place to outsource your own knowing.

  • Take-home resources

Practices, recordings, and reflections shaped to where you actually are — not a generic curriculum pressed onto you.

How the work moves

The rhythm.

Immersion is not a course you complete. It moves the way the body moves — in arcs, not in a straight line. Most of the work settles into three phases that overlap and circle back.

  1. Begin

We start with a real conversation about fit — what you are carrying, what you are hoping to meet, and whether this is the right door.

  2. Descend

The middle of the work, where we go below where talk can reach — slowly, at the pace your system allows, staying through what surfaces.

  3. Integrate

We let what moved settle into daily life, so the shift lives in your body and your days, not only in the room.

Where the work touches the subconscious — through clinical hypnotherapy or deep embodiment — nothing happens that you have not agreed to, and you stay aware and in choice the whole way through.

Investment

What it asks of you.

Immersion is an investment of money, time, and attention. The full figure is shared in our fit conversation, so the number arrives with context rather than alone.

I hold only a few Immersion containers at a time, so the work has room to go deep. When they are full, the waitlist below is how I let you know the next door is opening.

When you’re ready

Come home to yourSelf.

There’s no rush and no scarcity here. If something in this met you, the next step is simply a conversation about fit — not a commitment, and never a substitute for therapy. If Immersion isn’t the right door, I’ll say so, and point you toward one that is.

Not the right season? Step onto the path quietly and let the letters find you when the next container opens.

Letters from the path. Quiet, infrequent, never spam.
