These terms govern your use of XsanaSaphire.com, the website of Xsana Saphire Phoumiphat, LCPC (LCPC #CP5910, Nevada). By using this site you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, you are welcome to ask at xsana@xsanasaphire.com.

Who this site serves

This website is written for adults who are considering working with me — either in therapy or in my non-clinical offerings — and for readers of the blog and free resources. It is an informational site. It does not collect health information, and it is not a patient portal.

Two kinds of service, two sets of agreements

This site describes two separate arms of my work, and it matters which one you are reading about.

Clinical care — Holistic Healing & Therapy. Licensed psychotherapy, including clinical hypnotherapy, somatic work, and parts work, delivered by telehealth. Because my license is issued by Nevada, clinical care is available only when you are physically located in Nevadaat the time of each session. Therapy is governed by its own informed-consent and intake documents, which you receive and sign before we begin — not by these website terms.

Non-clinical services — Rooted Within. Hypnotherapy for personal growth, Reiki, yoga, workshops, and retreats. These are educational and personal-development offerings, not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, or medical care, and they do not include diagnosis or treatment of any condition. They are available regardless of where you live, and each is governed by its own service agreement provided before you take part.

Using this website is not therapy

Reading this site, downloading a resource, emailing me, or sending the contact form does not make you my client and does not create a therapist–client relationship. That relationship begins only when we have completed intake together and you have signed the consent documents for the service you are receiving.

This site is not emergency care

Messages sent through this website are not monitored continuously, and nothing here is built to respond to an emergency.

Content is education, not advice

The writing on this site — pages, blog posts, and free resources — is general education. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a recommendation for your particular situation, and it is not a substitute for individualized care from a licensed professional who knows you. Please don’t make health decisions based on this site alone.

Booking, payment, and cancellation

Working together begins with the contact form, and scheduling for clinical care is handled through my practice-management system, TherapyNotes. My practice is self-pay; I do not bill insurance. Current fees, scheduling details, and cancellation terms are stated in the service agreement for each offering — the clinical intake documents for therapy, and the relevant service agreement for Rooted Within — and those documents control over anything summarized here.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, recordings, and downloadable resources — belongs to me unless otherwise credited. You are welcome to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t republish, sell, or present it as your own without written permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any duty I owe you under my professional license or under laws that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, the date at the top of this page changes, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
