The threshold place

Retreat in Panama

Place becomes part of the medicine.

Some work needs to happen somewhere your nervous system has never braced before. A somatic retreat in the jungle — embodiment, breath, rest, and the kind of quiet that lets the body finally set things down.

What’s held inside

What’s included.

The shape of the days, the practices, and the rest are all part of the container. Accommodation, meals, and travel details are confirmed in the fit conversation.

  • Days held in the jungle

A small group, gathered somewhere your nervous system has never braced before, with a daily shape that moves between practice, rest, and quiet.

  • Embodiment and breath

Somatic practice, breathwork, and movement — the body-led work named on the Rooted Within hub, met in a place that lets it land more easily.

  • Rest as part of the work

Unstructured space is built in on purpose. Rest is not the gap between the work here; some of the deepest settling happens when nothing is being asked of you.

  • A gentle return

Closing practices and integration support so what the place opened has somewhere to live once you are home.

A retreat involves travel, and the jungle setting asks a little of the body — so the inquiry includes a few practical questions about health and access. Nothing dramatic, just enough for me to make sure the place can hold you well. Dates, location, and full logistics are shared in the fit conversation.

Place becomes part of the medicine.

How the days move

The rhythm.

A retreat has its own time. The days are shaped, not scheduled — there is room to practice, room to rest, and room for the place itself to do some of the work.

  1. 1 · Arrive

The first day is for landing — letting the body register that it is somewhere new and safe, before any deeper work begins.

  2. 2 · Open

The middle days, where embodiment, breath, and the quiet of the place let the system go below where talk can reach.

  3. 3 · Return

We close by gathering what moved, so it travels home with you rather than staying behind in the jungle.

Any deeper practice on retreat — breathwork, hypnotherapy, somatic work — is offered, never imposed. You choose what you take part in, you can step back at any moment, and your consent leads the whole way.

Investment

What it asks of you.

The Retreat asks for time away, the cost of the container, and the travel to reach it. The full figure — and exactly what it covers — is shared in the fit conversation, so the number arrives with its context.

The group is kept small so the place and the work can hold everyone well. When a retreat is full, the waitlist below is how I let you know the next dates are opening.

When you’re ready

Come home to yourSelf.

There’s no rush and no scarcity here. If something in this met you, the next step is simply a conversation about fit — not a commitment, and never a substitute for therapy. If the Retreat isn’t the right door, I’ll say so, and point you toward one that is.
