Xsana Saphire

Online Clinical Therapy in NevadaIs there something
talk therapy can’t reach?

Clinical hypnotherapy for Nevada residents.

I work with the mind, the body, and the soul — together. That’s where wholeness in the body begins, and with it more empowerment and deeper alignment. Licensed, trauma-informed care for people ready to go beneath the story.

For anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and the patterns that keep returning even after you understand them.

A free 15-minute conversation about fit — not a clinical session, not a commitment to therapy. No pressure, either way.

Who this work is for

You’ve done the work.
Something in you knows there’s more to reach.

Xsana Saphire, LCPC — a composed, attentive clinician in calm natural light

You’ve read the books. You’ve named the patterns. You’ve tried talk therapy, maybe more than once. And still — there are places the words don’t reach. Loops that don’t break with insight. A body that holds what the mind has tried to move past.

This is the work for you.

You can look completely composed on the outside and still feel frozen, far away, or braced somewhere underneath. That gap is where this work begins.

Who lands here

I tend to find these people.
They tend to find me.

Some of the people who come to me share something I cannot fully name. A texture. A way of moving through the world. If any of this lives in you, the work might recognize itself in you, too.

  • You believe in souls and synapses both, and you’ve stopped apologizing for either.
  • You walk between worlds — clinical and mystical, intellect and body, the life you’ve built and the one still becoming.
  • You’ve held more than was yours to hold. The strong one. The wise one. The one who doesn’t fall apart.
  • You’re sensitive in the ways the world doesn’t always reward.

I don’t believe you found this page by accident. If you’re here, and something in you is quietly saying this feels right — know that it’s true. I hold it as divine: we were meant to cross paths.

And the lone wolves, the witches, the perfectionists — you’re welcome here.

Where this points

What we work toward.

Agency — your own voice carrying weight in your own life. Empowerment that lives in the body, not just the vision board. A sense of wholeness, and the connectedness to your purpose that follows it. Mind, body, and soul — not managed separately, but moving as one.

And underneath all of it: feeling in control of your own choices — decisions made in full alignment with who you are, not with who you learned to be.

In session it’s quieter than it sounds: the nervous system practicing a new baseline, boundaries that hold without hardening, patterns that complete instead of returning — in the order your system allows.

These are directions we work in together, at your pace — not destinations I can promise.

How I work

Three doorways into the same room.

Healing doesn’t happen from the top down. It happens where the mind, the body, and the soul meet. These are the three doorways we move through together — woven, integrated — so all of you can come home whole.

The Mind

Parts & Memory Work

The mind is not one voice — it is many. The one who protects, the one who performs, the one who carries what was never yours. Parts work lets each of them be seen, heard, and woven back into the Self beneath them — already whole.

Certified Parts and Memory — Level 2

The Body

Somatic & Nervous-System Work

The body keeps what the mind couldn’t hold. We work with what’s stored — breath, posture, tension, sensation — until your nervous system learns it’s safe to soften.

The Soul

Clinical Hypnotherapy

The deepest layer — the subconscious, where beliefs live before language, where the oldest patterns were written, beneath where talk can reach. Hypnotherapy is how we visit that place together, gently, and leave something kinder behind.

My approach

The layered approach.

Most therapy stops at the first layer — the story, the symptom, the cognition. My work goes deeper because most of what keeps you stuck lives below it.

Xsana Saphire smiling in soft forest light, her hands forming a heart

Every session weaves the three doorways together — mind, body, and soul. Not in a protocol, but in response to what you bring. One week we may work with a memory through hypnotherapy. The next, with breath and body. The next, with a part of you that learned to carry too much too young.

It’s layered because you are too.

What this looks like in practice

The Surface

What you’re experiencing now — the anxiety, the pattern, the moment something surfaces. We name it clearly.

The Layers

Where it lives in the body, the subconscious, the parts of you still carrying it. We move through them in the order your system allows.

The Integration

What you carry forward — not just insight, but regulation and a steadier relationship with yourSelf.

Specialties

Where this work meets you.

Each specialty page holds a deeper conversation about the work — what this experience feels like, how the layered approach meets it, and what becomes possible.

Trauma & anxiety

  • Trauma & Complex Trauma

Reaching what the body has held, in the pacing your system can meet.

  • PTSD

Post-traumatic stress, layered care — somatic, hypnotherapeutic, and relational.

  • Anxiety

Nervous-system regulation for anxiety that insight alone hasn't reached.

Weight, grief & transition

  • Chronic Pain

When the body speaks in pain the scans can't explain — nervous-system care for what hurts.

  • Identity & Life Transitions

When the self you were no longer fits — and the one becoming isn't yet named.

  • Depression

The heaviness beneath function — somatic and subconscious approaches to where the work goes.

  • Grief & Loss

Making room for what was, alongside the shape of what remains.

Relationship, self & regulation

  • Attachment Wounds

What was learned in relationship can be tended in relationship.

  • Relational Patterns

The loops that keep returning — less about who you are than what your body learned to expect.

  • Self-Worth

Beneath the inner critic, a steadier relationship with yourSelf.

  • First-Generation & Immigrant Experiences

The specific grief of holding two worlds, two languages, two versions of yourself.

  • Nervous-System & Stress

Settling a body that has been bracing too long — regulation before expansion.

Nevada coverage

Licensed in Nevada. Practicing from Panama.

My license holds the clinical container; my body lives in the jungle. What that means for you: you can live anywhere in Nevada, and we can still do real work together.

I work entirely by telehealth. Many people find the safety of their own space makes deeper work more accessible — there’s no commute to brace for, and you arrive already somewhere your body knows.

  • Las Vegas
  • Henderson
  • Reno
  • Sparks
  • North Las Vegas
  • Carson City
  • Paradise
  • Spring Valley
  • Enterprise
  • Sunrise Manor
  • and every city in between.

Sessions meet through secure telehealth. What matters more than the space you’re in is the willingness to show up.
