The concentrated arc
Intensive
Less time. No less depth.
A shorter, focused container — a deep dive around one season, one threshold, one knot you’re ready to move. This is for when something in you is asking for concentrated attention rather than an open-ended path.

What’s held inside
What’s included.
The Intensive trades length for focus. These are the pieces the arc holds.
Concentrated sessions
A focused set of one-to-one sessions held close together, so momentum builds instead of dissipating between weeks.
One clear focus
We name the season, threshold, or knot you are ready to move, and shape the whole arc around meeting it — not an open-ended map.
Embodiment and somatic practice
Sensation before story, regulation before insight — body-led practices chosen for the specific thing you are working with.
An integration close
A final session and take-home practices so what moved has somewhere to land in daily life once the arc completes.
How the work moves
The rhythm.
An Intensive is concentrated on purpose. The sessions sit close together so the body keeps the thread between them, and the whole arc stays pointed at the one thing you came to move.
Name it
We start with a fit conversation, then get specific about the one threshold this arc is for.
Move it
The concentrated middle — sessions held close together, going below where talk can reach while the focus stays narrow and the depth stays full.
Land it
We close by letting the shift settle, with practices to carry it past the last session.
If the arc moves through clinical hypnotherapy, it stays gentle and consent-led — you set the pace, you can pause at any point, and you remain in choice from the first breath to the last.
Investment
What it asks of you.
Because the arc is short and concentrated, the Intensive asks for a focused stretch of your attention more than a long commitment. The full figure is shared on application and in our fit conversation.
I run a limited number of Intensives each season so each one has my full attention. When the current openings are taken, the waitlist below is how I let you know the next one is forming.
When you’re ready
Come home to yourSelf.
There’s no rush and no scarcity here. If something in this met you, the next step is an application and a conversation about fit — not a commitment, and never a substitute for therapy. If the Intensive isn’t the right door, I’ll say so, and point you toward one that is.
Not the right season? Step onto the path quietly and let the letters find you when the next arc opens.
